Xii., Pius Viii., and Gregory Xvi

Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory be to the Father, and St. Francis Xavier, pray for us. The alms required of each member, one half-penny per week. ftatp: nf 3Mam I know not, O my God ! what may befall me to-day, but I am well convinced that no- thing will happen which thou hast not fore- seen and ordained from eternity. I adore thy eternal and impenetrable designs ; I submit to them for thy love ; I sacrifice myself in union with the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, my oyGoCX DEVOTIONS, ETC. Divine Saviour. I ask, in his holy name, for patience and resignation in my sufferings, and perfect conformity of my will to thine in all things, past, present, and to come. My God, I have nothing worthy of thy acceptance to offer thee ; I know nothing, 1 can do nothing ; I have but my heart to give theo. I may be deprived of health, reputation, and even life, but my heart is my own ; I consecrate it to thee, noping never to resume it, and desiring not to live if not for thee. Amen

Where this comes from

This page is part of PRYR’s public-domain library buildout from The Treasury of Prayer. OCR has been cleaned enough for reading, but high-value pages should still be proofed against the scan before app-native use.
