O most gracious God, Father of all mercies ; grant, I be- seech thee, that this adorable sacrifice of the blessed body and blood of thy Son our Lord Jesus Christ, which here and every where throughout thy holy Church is offered as a continual thanksgiving for, and a daily remembrance of, his blessed death, may obtain for us, at thy hands, mercy, and the remission of all oar sins.
