Welcome to PRYR ("PRYR," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using PRYR, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Our Mission

PRYR exists to connect Christians through prayer and provide a platform where users can share prayer requests, pray for others, and engage in faith-based community experiences.

PRYR is a technology platform and is not a church, ministry, counseling service, healthcare provider, or emergency service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PRYR.

If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

By using PRYR, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that we reasonably believe do not meet the minimum age requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information current.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

Users may submit prayer requests, testimonies, comments, profile information, images, videos, and other content ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting content to PRYR, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, reproduce, and use that content solely for the operation, improvement, and promotion of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

5. Community Standards

Users may not post content that:

• Is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or hateful
• Promotes violence, illegal activity, or self-harm
• Contains pornography or sexually explicit material
• Intentionally spreads false or misleading information
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Solicits money, donations, or financial assistance without authorization
• Contains spam, scams, deceptive practices, or impersonation
• Is inconsistent with the purpose and mission of PRYR

PRYR reserves the right to remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these standards.

6. Prayer Requests, Privacy, and Anonymity

PRYR allows users to choose how much personal information they share within the platform. Depending on available settings, users may choose to post prayer requests using their name, a limited profile, or anonymously.

You are responsible for selecting the privacy and anonymity settings that best suit your needs.

While PRYR provides tools to support user privacy, any information you choose to share through prayer requests, testimonies, profiles, comments, videos, or other content may be viewed by other users in accordance with your selected settings.

Users should avoid posting confidential, sensitive, medical, financial, or personally identifying information about themselves or others unless they are comfortable sharing that information within the Service.

By submitting content to PRYR, you acknowledge that other users may view, interact with, pray for, or respond to that content according to the platform's features and your chosen privacy settings.

7. No Professional Advice

Content on PRYR is provided for informational and spiritual purposes only.

PRYR does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Mental health counseling
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Crisis intervention services

Users should seek qualified professionals for these needs.

8. Emergencies

PRYR is not an emergency service.

If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of PRYR may require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing terms, and renewal details will be presented at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing period.

Because users receive immediate access to digital features and services upon purchase, all subscription payments and fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund or partial refund for the current billing period.

10. Intellectual Property

PRYR, its name, logos, branding, software, designs, content, and associated intellectual property are owned by PRYR or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, or exploit the Service without prior written permission.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, activities that harm the community, or conduct inconsistent with the mission, values, or Statement of Faith of PRYR.

12. Statement of Faith

PRYR is a Christian platform built upon a biblical Statement of Faith.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that PRYR may moderate, restrict, or remove content that is inconsistent with the mission, purpose, or Statement of Faith of the platform.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

PRYR makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The availability or reliability of the Service
• The accuracy of user-generated content
• The outcome of any prayer request
• The effectiveness of any spiritual practice discussed on the platform
• Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRYR and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Service.

Your use of PRYR is at your own risk.

15. Privacy

Your use of PRYR is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on PRYR.app with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
