Propitius esto mihi vilissimo peccatori. Ego hanc actionem offero divino Cordi tuo emendandam atque perficiendam, ad laudem et gloriam sanctissimi Nominis tui et beatissimze Matris tuz, ad salutem anima mez totiusque Ecclesie tuae. Amen
