grant me the help of Thy grace, that all my in- tentions and acts during this meditation may be directed purely to the service and praise of Thy divine majesty, through Christ our Lord. Offering of the Resolutions y God, I offer Thee these resolutions; unless Thou deignest to bless them, I can not be faithful to them. From Thy goodness, then, I hope to obtain this blessing which I ask of Thee in the name and through the merits of Jesus, my divine Saviour.

Holy Virgin, Mother of my God, who art also my Mother, my good angel, and my holy patron saints, obtain for me the grace to keep these resolutions with perfect, fidelity. > ASPIRATIONS Anima Christi, sanctifica me. Corpus Christi, salva me. Sanguis Christi, inebria me. Aqua lateris Christi, lava me. Passio Christi, comforta me.

O bone Jesu, exaudi me. Intra tua vulnera absconde me. Ne permittas me separari a te. Soul of Christ, sanctify me. Body of Christ, save me. Blood of Christ, inebriate me. Water from the side of Christ, wash me. Passion of Christ, strengthen me.
