R. Deo gratias.

V. Diffusa est gratia in labiis tuis.

R. Propterea benedixit te Deus in aeternum. Kyrie eleison. Christe elei- son. Kyrie eleison. Y. Domine, exaudi oratio- nem meam.

R. Et clamor meus ad te veniat. Oremus. Deus, qui de beatae Mariae Virginis utero Verbum tuum, angelo nuntiante, carnem sus- cipere voluisti ; praesta sup- pbcibus tuis, ut qui vere eam Genitricem Dei credimus, eius apud te intercessionibus adju- vemur. Per eumdem Domi- num nostrum, &c.

R. Arnen.

V. Domine, exaudi oratio- nem meam.

R. Et clamor mens ad te veniat.

V. Benedicamus Domino.

R. Deo gratias. There shall come forth a rod out of the root of Jesse, and a flower shall rise up out of his root, and the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him.

R. Thanks be to God.

V. Grace was poured forth on thy lips.

R. Therefore hath God blessed thee for ever.
