Of God the Father. Amen

The Priest kisses the Altar , and, turning to the people, sags: Dominus vobiscum. The Lord be with you. H?. Et cum spiritu tuo. RL And with thy spirit. 1 The Gloria in omitted during Lent and Advent, and in Masses for the Dead. At High Mass the Choir sing the Gloria , and the officiating Clergy wait until its conclusion, after which the Celebrant proceeds with the Collects.
