WE beseech Thee, O Lord, mercifully to drive away from Thy faithful, together with their own errors, the destructive fury of disease ; that as Thou deservedly scourgest them when they go astray. Thou mayest cherish them with Thy pity when they are brought back ; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
